A few years ago some of our developers decided they were interested in opening up their own Areté branch in New York City. The company embraced the idea, and so here we are! We currently have a team of 6, which we're looking to expand. Everyone on our team is either an engineer or a developer. We are smart, dedicated, hard working, and we enjoy having fun. We take software seriously, but we like to keep it light. We trust one another.

Areté sells the applications our engineers design and write. It goes without saying that they are highly respected members of the company. Good people succeed here.

We encourage peer programming, whiteboarding, and keeping meetings short and to a minimum. Our simple code review process keeps our code quality high and allows newer employees to push changes quickly & confidently into production. We are always listening to what is working for us and what is not.
