Bendyworks, Inc.

We seek to create and select scenarios where our developers, customers, additional project mates, communities and our company are all benefiting. Bendyworks itself sprung into existence as a side effect of having so much fun building great software in Rails when it was brand new that we simply found it joyful to share the knowledge every way we could: user groups, pro-bono work for non profits, teaching others who wanted to learn in our free time, and even teaching web development classes in Rails at our local tech college. We were having a blast, and suddenly ... Bendyworks! Sharing Joy and Success in Our Craft has been our focus since before we were even a company.

In late 2019 it was clear our developers wanted and deserved flexibility to work where and how works best for them, so we invested to give employees the option as remote as they wish. Completely remote if that's their preference. When the pandemic hit we let the office go, embraced fully remote and now have Bendyworkers connected from all over.
