Prior to founding BenefitFlow, we worked as investors and operators at leading private equity firms, focusing on businesses in the employee benefits space.

Where we’re going

We are growing rapidly! After launching to the market in July 2021, we have added dozens of the most sophisticated vendors in the space (including health insurance carriers, software providers, benefits attorneys, claims administrators, and many more). In partnership with some of our early clients, we are aggressively executing on an exciting product roadmap as we continue to develop the ultimate prospecting experience.

We are looking to hire our first full-time employee as we make continued investments in our engineering capabilities. Candidates must have a track record of exceptional performance, be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, and share a passion for our company’s vision!

As a senior full-stack developer at BenefitFlow, this individual will act as a thought-partner to the Head of Engineering and have tremendous latitude in owning various, high priority projects… including:
• Discovery, implementation, and integration of data feeds from new sources
• Integrations with 3rd party software vendors (e.g. CRMs, marketing automation tools)
• Support our marketing team in building a scalable acquisition funnel
