Betterpath (betterpath.com) is a NYC based, early stage, data-driven healthcare startup that is taking an innovative approach to improving patient outcomes across a number of serious chronic diseases, starting with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). Our team is passionate about transforming the healthcare industry and making a real difference in peoples’ lives.

We are looking for a talented engineer who wants to build software to help patients, doctors and medical researchers understand what information matters for chronic, incurable diseases. You will be working closely with a fantastic team of software developers, data scientists, product designers, physicians, patients, and senior leaders in the healthcare industry. Since we are early stage you will have the opportunity to play a central role in shaping the company and our product offerings.

Our server stack consists of linux, scala, Play framework and datomic. Currently for the web stack we use javascript, bootstrap, sass and react.
