Our agency helps entrepreneurs utilize digital technologies to pursue, achieve, and exceed their business goals. Since 2001, our team and offerings have expanded to include branding, web design, digital advertising, social media marketing, eCommerce, lead generation, video and podcast production, event marketing, Hispanic marketing, business consultancy, and much more.

Ajustlock is our most recent example of a company we helped build from scratch. Our team helped to build their flagship product from the ground up by providing office space, full package marking, brand and logo creation, as well as trade-show presentation, production, distribution and more. The company is now a globally recognized brand and we own an equity stake in it which is what we want to duplicate with our newest round of Ventures.

We have formed b.labs Ventures from this example and are now launching 4 new companies with room for 5 more and this is why we are expanding our team. We have offices in New York, New Jersey, San Francisco, China, and Hong Kong. We are looking for self starting entrepreneur types of candidates who want to help this Venture Builder grow strong.

We have created a special company culture that our team loves and enjoys. We are not your typical corporate environment with florescent lighting and cubicles. We like our team to have the freedom to make their own schedules which includes working from home 2 days a week. Our Jersey City office which is our main office has a kitchen, gym and shower so you can work and play all in the same day. Some of of Co-Founders even sleep in the office 2-3 nights a week to maximize their time and save energy from the daily commute. We also have a mini theater built into the office for movie and football night.
