Hi folks!

I'm David, former CTO at Doctor.com. My cofounder Josh, founding CPO at Carta, and I have been friends for 20 years. We've raised $5M+ in funding, we're based in San Francisco, CA, and we're interested in working with compassionate, empathetic individuals that are looking to transform the future of work!

While it's true that we're building the credit bureau for employee performance, we're really interested in avoiding a dystopian reality (i.e. using ML that causes folks who didn't have opportunities to continue not having those opportunities), so it's really important for us to have team members that are interested in building a company that is consciously anti-racist and is thoughtful about how we can build a platform that is equitable and just.
