About our hiring process

Being effective in our remote work environment is hard to figure out from interviews alone. As such, we like to work with you for a period of time to see if there is a good fit on both sides. The progression usually looks like:

1) Contact
2) Paid, part-time evaluation project
3) Conversations with the team
4) Paid, part-time or full-time contracting on internal projects
5) Join the full-time staff

We are happy to work through the process on a flexible timeline around your current schedule, and have navigated through it successfully in a variety of scenarios, including people with full-time jobs in Tokyo!
