EQL was created with one goal; can technology improve the cost, delivery and outcomes of healthcare.
Effective healthcare comes from rapid access to the appropriate care pathway. The speed at which this takes place is largely governed by the clinical “sorting” or triage process. However for most, access to the appropriate care pathway is a drawn out manual process plagued by waiting lists and limited availability. Why should this be when much of the process is determined evaluating data against established frameworks? EQL will look to resolve this.
We will use machine learning to improve our care pathways. We will be tracking how symptoms respond to the various rehabilitation protocols we deploy and as such will look to train ML models to find efficiencies in the rehabilitation journey.
“PHLO” is the first product from EQL. A conversational AI platform set to disrupt the global physio market. Physio is a data sparse, high cost and poor access based pathway. Most MSK injuries can be triaged and treated with digitally prescribed exercises.
EQL will start with the $70bn global physio market
