Fraiser is the world's best fundraiser for Democratic causes that helps candidates across the country access grassroots communities of donors to help fund their campaigns. Fraiser is a tech start-up initiative born from a collaboration between tech start-up founders and expert political strategists and consultants. Our team has the budget and freedom to continue building our product, thanks to the unique benefit of a ready to go customer list who can't wait to get their hands on what we're building, including high-profile clients like Senator Raphael Warnock's team.

Before Fraiser, the software our clients used to manage and reach their donor audiences (mainly through email) was clunky, out-of-date, and neglected. You've probably been the recipient of many ugly, poorly targeted, and annoying political emails - yuck! So, we are building a brand new email platform from the ground-up that is specifically tailored to the needs of modern Democratic campaigns and their donors. We've already launched an early version of the product with a growing client base and are post-revenue. We're looking for a full-stack engineer to help our lead engineer continue the momentum in-house.

We are looking to hire folks who are passionate about Democratic causes and want to transform how fundraising emails are done within political campaigns -- and are excited by the opportunity to build a new product from the ground up. I can't wait to meet you and chat more.

A little about our tech team:

Maddie Parra is a serial tech entrepreneur, having co-founded Twizoo a social analytics start-up that was acquired in 2017, and also has a second start-up Purple Dot that is aimed to reduce waste in retail. She's led large product-engineering teams, and loves the 0 to 1 thinking and execution. She volunteered heavily during the last election cycle, which is how she met the Fraiser team and discovered the incredible potential for modernizing the way Democratic campaigns build relationships with their grassroots donors. Oh, and did I mention she's also running for congress? Fraiser is building the tool she wishes candidates have.

Jordan Noble left his previous startup to head our software and data engineering efforts. He's been developing software since his early teens and spent years researching state of the art data privacy and statistical machine learning methods during his PhD. Previously, he developed software that helps protect the data of thousands of enterprise customers at Microsoft and Barclays. For him, Fraiser is the opportunity to transform an entire sector and build a privacy-first product that people love.
