    What we do

    HireHand helps organisations staff flexibly via our human-centric technology platform. This platform is powered by a proprietary matching algorithm and intelligent sequencing of invitations to ensure the right person gets the right shift each time. Both of these innovations place us as the most advanced and sustainable labour platform in the world.

    The Covid pandemic has accelerated organisations' desire to staff more flexibly in industries ranging from professional services to facilities management. Our Flexforce product enables these organisations to operate their own flexible, on-demand workforce by building a pool of suitable workers and filling last-minute shifts from that pool -delivering value for employers and sustainable ways of working for employees.

    We believe that organisations will have to work in a more flexible fashion to meet newfound challenges and opportunities of the 21st century. Our role is to build the technical rails for this more dynamic staffing model. Indeed, in response to the pandemic, we have provided our technology pro-bono to charities ranging from the Salvation Army to YMCA to organise volunteer production and delivery of ~1M meals to the vulnerable.

    Our team is comprised of world-leading experts in flexible work consisting of McKinsey workforce-planning specialists, idean strategists and Microsoft engineers. We are backed by top-shelf commercial and impact investors such as Mustard Seed, the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, and Seedrs.
