We live and breathe video and have first-hand knowledge of the challenges of video delivery as they used to be ours for years. We have built a robust platform to solve the biggest video delivery headaches and frustrations so clients can focus on growing their business and free up valuable time.

How We Interview & Hire

We have very strict hiring standards because we want to work alongside the best. We'll be respectful of your time and look forward to meeting you!

1. Take-home technical assessment (80 minutes)
2. Intro call with our CEO/Co-Founder (45-60 mins)
3. Take-home questionnaire (15-20 mins)
4. Technical interview with our engineering team (60-90 mins)
5. Offer
6. Reference and background check
7. Join the team!

During the introduction call we will discuss more about the role, your interests, and help determine if MediaZilla is a mutual fit. If there is we'll move to next steps.

If there is a match we will call and discuss the verbal offer and then send a written one afterwards. Lastly, we conduct some quick but thorough reference checks and a background check.
