Our mission is to enable and measure innovation. We believe that a company's rate of innovation is its key to success. To build the next set of tools to evaluate and incentivize innovation, we are seeking entrepreneurial team members who are motivated by iterating quickly, working collaboratively, and getting products into customers' hands.

As entrepreneurs, advisors and investors, our founders Jonah and Noah Goodhart have spent the last 20+ years building, running, and investing in innovative companies. Our leadership team previously spent 5+ years working alongside Jonah and Noah in executive roles at Moat, an advertising analytics company which was acquired by Oracle in 2017.
