Our Mission

We are Niles Health, a healthcare startup focused on disrupting the way healthcare is delivered.

Healthcare in the U.S. is broken—provider networks are fragmented, information is hardly shared between doctors, and it's impossible to tell what you're getting for your money. Fee-for-service payments have also poorly incentivized healthcare providers. Isn't it weird that hospitals and doctors make more money the more ill you are? All of these problems have made U.S. healthcare the most expensive in the world, but one of the worst in terms of quality of care, access to care, and care equality.

Niles Health is changing the way health care fundamentally works by building a new healthcare delivery model from the ground up with a focus on the patient. We're building a care coordination platform that makes it easier to track patient health and ensure they are getting the best care possible. We’re also creating a new provider network that ensures providers are incentivized to deliver the best possible care.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for brilliant, multi-dimensional go-getters to join our team. As an early member of our team, you won’t just be working on one product, you’ll be helping us architect an entirely new approach to healthcare. This will involve work on things like consumer apps, care coordination and management workflows, medical record backends, and analytics dashboards. Healthcare experience is a huge plus, but not a prerequisite. We like passionate people who are eager to learn and are interested in creating impact.
