Opticlose is built for this market, integrating with and improving sales team CRM systems. We use sophisticated data analytics to deliver the best possible lead for each salesperson at the moment they're ready to place the call. Our product automatically captures call log information and our streamlined UI makes it effortless to add important call data during or after the call. Reps will never call an accountant during tax season or a restaurant at 9am when it only serves lunch and dinner.

The product has 2 key pieces:
* Predictive Analytics: Determines the right call to make at each moment for each seller. We crunch data from client teams making 10,000+ calls per day, and deliver those insights as tangible actions. The backend is built on Scala with the Play framework and uses Apache Spark for data processing to deliver near real-time predictions.
* Streamlined UI: Our cutting edge responsive UI and VOIP phone system integration lets reps run Opticlose on their mobile phones as a second screen, automatically bring up CRM records on their desktops, and dialing desktop phones. The intuitive mobile touch-based interface means lightning fast data-entry.
