The company was founded out of an AI project as part of U.C.Berkeley AI research lab. We have come a long way since then to building an end-to-end solution using that core AI and machine learning algorithm. We are a mission focused team driven by the idea that we can make world a better place by using AI, machine learning, cloud and Internet of Things technologies. As our initial solution, we are proud to bring some social good by developing computer vision AI technology that improves eldercare for people suffering from dementia. Injury from falling is the leading cause of hospitalization for individuals with Alzheimer's disease, and SafelyYou reduces both the frequency and impact of falls (80% fewer falls demonstrated in top peer-reviewed medical journal, JMIR) by deploying a turnkey solution of cameras, AI software and human intervention. Some of the largest senior living providers, such as Carlton Senior Living, are already working with us, and more in the US, Canada or even Japan already believe in our technology and requested to pilot our solution to their facilities.
