Staffably

We have started Staffably, a company that is seeking to revolutionise the way that schools recruit teachers through creating an online platform that allows schools to contact teachers directly thereby eliminating expensive and inefficient agencies and job boards. In addition to this, we will be providing an on-demand function for schools to book and rate Supply teachers instantly. Staffably was started due to our first-hand experience of recruitment in the school we founded, East London Arts & Music. Our market research and our first-hand experience has shown that both schools and teachers want to see this change in, what has traditionally been, an inefficient, expensive and opaque recruitment market.
