Mobile Developer

As a Mobile Applications Developer you'll provide analysis, design and development efforts in the Mobile application development focusing on solutions for Human Resources processes.

Location: Roseland, NJ , 1 ADP BLvd - 40014

THINGS YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

Responsible for successful delivery of React-Native application.

* Collaboration with business and other team members (Developers, Functional Analysts, Automation Engineer and Production Support Analysts) to produce scalable, efficient and supportable solutions utilizing mobile development related technologies.
* Enhance, support and follow Software Development Lifecycle and AGILE Methodology.
* Support fellow team members through development and architecture standard improvement/augmentation according to industry best practices.
* Provide guidance and ensure remote development delivery and quality while completing development shared with multi-site teams and tasks.
* Demonstrate ability to work through/around blocking events.
* Demonstrate experience developing and implementing complex yet elegant and efficient solutions within time and budget

EXPERIENCE YOU NEED: Required Qualifications

* 1-3 years of mandatory experience in programming using modern java scripting languages.
* Good working experience in IOS/Android Hybrid applications using Swift/React-Native and Ionic.
* Proficient in building cross platform native applications with React Native Framework.
* Experience with multithreading, memory management and caching mechanisms specific to mobile devices
* Proficiency in writing scalable modern JavaScript based web applications.
* Experience building, adopting and maintaining Restful API's with MSAL Authentication.
* Expert level knowledge of JavaScript and CSS.
* Experience with web application frameworks such as React, node.js.
* Strong fundamentals in OO, client-side MVC and CSS preprocessing frameworks.
* Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and optimization techniques.

HOW YOU'LL STAND OUT: Preferred Qualifications

* Expert level knowledge of JavaScript and CSS.
* Industry Experience in Angular 4+ and Node.js applications
* Demonstrated ability to accurately establish the length and difficulty of tasks and projects, set reasonable objectives and goals, anticipate and adjust for problems/roadblocks and measure results against goals.
* Ability to orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously.
* Ability to coordinate the software development lifecycle processes with cost perspective.
* Ability to work on Hybrid Web/Mobile development using React-Native-SVG Graphs.
* Working experience on Docker and Jenkins
