Job Description

The Financial Crimes Technology (FCT) is a dynamic and fast-paced global group within the Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Governance Technology (LCG) organization. We are responsible for implementing state-of-the-art technology solutions for the firm Global Financial Crimes division which manages the Firm's Anti Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions/PEP & Adverse News Screenings, Know your Customer (KYC), Anti-Bribery & Corruption programs. Financial Crimes Technology (FCT) has global presence supporting the Firm line of business (Wealth Management, Institutional Banking & Capital Markets, Sales and Trading, and Investment Management). Our technology stack includes broad variety of proprietary and in-house developed solutions as well vendor products

We would like to hire hands on technical lead that will be responsible for design and delivery of technology solutions for transaction monitoring, screening, risk ranking, optimization of scenarios. Candidate will be collaborating with senior stakeholder as well as architecture teams to define and influence the strategy for our next generation solutions to drive innovation while meeting regulatory expectations. An influencer leader who can attract, motivate and build a strong global team. Candidate should have led the implementation of multiple large scale projects and global technology teams with proven track of successful delivery. Domain expertise of financial crimes technologies is required

Responsibilities will include:

Drives the design and delivery of Transaction Monitoring and behavior detection technology solutions which supports the FCT department and firm goals

Define and leads the implementation of strategic solution as well as identify tactical solutions when necessary.

Manages client relationships, advises clients across multiple strategies, and has influence both regionally and globally. Partner with stakeholders to define and influence roadmap

Leads projects delivery and ensure projects are within scope, budget, and time constraints, and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Manages multiple teams across functions and geographies, removes barriers and fosters an environment that enables others to deliver results. Coaches team members to maximize their performance and potential

Drives a culture of innovation to ensure success. Generates innovative ideas and world class solutions that enable competitive advantage

Proactively seeks knowledge through external and internal sources

Leverage DevOps to automate application testing and deployments

Required Skills

15 years of experience with 5 in leading technology teams

Hands on functional and technical knowledge of the financial crimes domain

Experience in Financial Crimes tools such as Actimize, RDC, Accuity (Compliance Link, Fircosoft ), Bridger Insight

Demonstrates thought leadership. Experience building applications for AML, Sanction Screening, or Know Your Customer programs

Experience in high-quality software architecture and design methodologies and patterns, such as SOA, Layered Architecture, and Component-based Architecture. Proficiency in building applications using big data ecosystems

Proficiency in data analysis, data profiling, and data lineage

Experienced in defining solutions with focus on reusability and alignment with Firm wide strategy and authoritative sources

Driving technology transformation with adoption of next gen technologies like Spark, Scala, Sqoop, Kafka etc.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Exceptional ability to navigate the organization and leverage the appropriate expertise to achieve results

Experience working in Agile and Waterfall projects

Financial Services experience

Bachelors in Computer Science or a related Field, Master?s Degree is a plus

Desired Skills

Experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Programing, and RPA

Experience in predictive Analytics

Experience in Cloud technology

Experience in Business Analytics and Reporting platforms

Knowledge of test driven development

Possess Program Owner certification or Scrum Master Certification

ACAMS certified
