We solve significant customer problems in the consumer electronics space through devices, mobile applications, cloud services (AWS), computer vision, and machine learning.

As a Team Lead, you will:

* Directly manage processes and a team of 10 to 25 Catalog Specialists
* Work closely with the Team supervisor and the Operations Manager.
* Be responsible for ensuring that standards for productivity and quality assurance are met by the team of the Catalog Specialists.
* Ensure individual and team performance expectations and goals are met
* Provide individual coaching feedback sessions
* Maintain and improve quality by monitoring real-time productivity and schedule adherence,
* Be responsible for regular 1:1 meetings with your team to help improve performance, career conversations, onboarding new hires, coordinating team trainings on key workflows, and monitoring quality and productivity across the team to meet weekly/monthly/yearly deliverables.
* Implement solutions to drive quality and productivity while achieving real-time desired service levels.
* Be responsible for analyzing and implementing solutions to challenging systemic issues.
