Job Description

Sr Software Development Engineer - UI Web DevOps

Who we are:

* We build the infrastructure that enables our UI development teams to deliver products.
* What we are looking for:
* We are looking for a Sr Software Development Engineer to join our team.
* 5+ years hands-on experience in a Development or DevOps role.
* Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, K8s, Lambda, Terraform.
* Experience with a programming language like Java, Scala, C++ or Go.
* Experience with a CI tool like Bamboo or Jenkins.
* Experience with build languages like Gradle, Ant and Maven.
* Passionate about finding creative ways to optimize our CI/CD pipelines.
* Good Linux/Unix fundamentals.
* A collaborative team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
* Bonus points for familiarity with Selenium/Webdriver or other UI automation tools.

Job responsibilities:

* Build and maintain CI/CD pipeline infrastructure.
* Participate in all phases of the delivery life-cycle, including design, development, test automation and release.
* Support automation of solutions for site availability, monitoring and reporting processes.
* Participate in coordination of production deployments on-call production support and monitoring.
* Identifying improvements to service performance, resiliency, scalability and redundancy in production.
* Drive migration from hosted facilities to AWS using infra as code practices.
