Functional Responsibilities:

ISYS Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineer.

Clearance:

* TS/SCI SSBI with CI Poly

Job Duties:

* Support systems integration tasks for a collection of advanced research efforts in an Agile development environment
* Work side by side with the customer and be able to integrate solutions from multiple sources into the architecture
* Tasks will vary from sprint to sprint and include technology research, performance analysis and experiment design
* Support a wide variety of tasks in coordination with other systems engineers on a diverse, multi-contractor team and will also coordinate with users and customer representatives
* Work will be performed in an existing and dynamic R&D environment demanding rapid response and flexibility

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

* BS/BA in Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, Science, Mathematics
* 4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or other engineering roles
* Experience with the intelligence community
* Ability to provide systems engineering and integrator support
* Ability to analyze system and software requirements
* Ability to operate in a dynamic R&D environment
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
* Strong communication skills

Desired Requirements:

* Experience with Agile development processes
* Understand operational needs and ability to translate them into system CONOPS and design
* Experience with DevOps
* Demonstrated experience working directly with the GEOINT and/or SIGINT customer

The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
